Jr. Project Architect

We are looking to hire a Jr. Project Architect to join our team, working across schematic design, design development, and construction documents. If you're passionate about design, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a hybrid role between work from home and work-sessions on site.

What you will do:

  • Execute BIM best practices with Revit software (experience demonstrated)

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain BIM models using Revit, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards.

  • Coordinate BIM deliverables at the project level, overseeing the development of models and related outputs, including drawings.

  • Support the design process and contribute to the architectural and technical delivery of projects.

  • Possess knowledge of architectural design principles, technical details, codes, and material characteristics.

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve clashes and conflicts in the BIM models.

  • Provide reports to the design team at regular intervals and milestone points of the project.

  • Manage and maintain project documentation and data, including model files, drawings, and project information, within the BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud platform.

  • Produce construction documents (architectural drawings)

  • Support communication between the project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials.

Your Qualifications:

  • Advanced student or bachelor in Architecture.

  • 2+ years of experience working on related jobs. Previous experience in corporate environments it’s a plus.

  • Proficiency in Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong understanding of BIM principles, processes, and workflows; experience producing/implementing BIM Execution Plans.

  • Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures.

  • Strong leadership, communications, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace, and emotional intelligence.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • 100% bilingual English/Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communication skills.
